Here is the deal, my girlfriend wants to make a little homepage & she likes this singer called: 'Ayumi Hamasaki'

She has collected many music videos, pics and commercial clips with this 'Ayumi Hamasaki' (she is a singer/model in japan)

I could register a domain and use my current host, but is there a chance to get in trouble over copyright if the site is 100% free?
I wouldn't expect the site to get more then 300 hits per month so bandwidth doesn't matter.
Or I just recommend she use a freehost like geocities or whatever?
