when you are faced with that type of situation, what you say you would do and what you would actually do are two totally different things. My friends were like girl "why didn't you do this or why didn't you do that...blah blah blah I would have done blah blah blah" you never know how you're going to react to a situation until you are actually in it.
if i had a knife and he had a knife, chances are his knife is already out so he has the advantage, i'd give him my money.

You reacted in the best possible way - you did nothing, which most probably saved your life or the lives of your friends. Read my post above, if you are being robbed and you life is not threatened, you give the robber(s) what they want, money, car, watch, etc No matter how valuable they are, you can replace them, but once you die, you die for good ;)
