Actually, Aaron is right. For one, the big porn companies, I mean the old-school BIG companies, have been producing porn loaded with "guy face" shots since the 70's, and probably even the 60's. Also, there certainly ARE clients who ask for specific, weird, fucked up shit all the time. But from my perspective, as a guy who has been watching porn since the 70's and who has fairly normal "average-guy" tastes, I would say that most (not all) average porn viewers agree with me. Showing the guy's face too much and having a lot of jabbering and laughing and yapping during the sex scenes is not the most preferred porn. No way anyone is going to convince me otherwise.
As for clients asking for that type of content, that's fine for them. My comments aren't addressed to those who have niche tastes who actually want that type of content. Of course there is a demand, and if you're marketing your stuff to that niche crowd more power to you. I'm talking about the porn samples you see on the really huge general-porn TGP's though... a lot of those galleries contain trailers chock full of the kind of crap I was originally referring to, and it IS being marketed to the masses, not niche-only.
And it basically sucks donkey cock. That's all.
You porn producers can take note of all the comments here agreeing with me, or you can ignore everything and keep your heads up your asses. No sweat off my firm tight yet hairy sack.
