Ok this is about the same as I was describing in the godaddy thread.

Say you make a blog for Tawnee Stone. (using this name as everyone knows it) Say Steve Lightspeed comes across this Blog and it's a page full of links going to beastyality sites. Steve can under his trademark of Tawnee Stone have that site pulled.

However you can ask Steve if you can make a blog about Tawnee Stone and then he would have to approve everything in order to keep his trademark.

Now say you want a blog against Tawnee Stone ... something like tawneeistoshortforme.com and your blog was personal thoughts about Tawnee Stone ... Then that can fall under the freedom of speech act. and no trademark violations. But it's best to speak with a trademark attorney before doing this. There are many rules that would have to be followed.
