you see the problem? The point is that anyone can get their competitors account closed just by making a single unsubstantiated complaint. A registrar should be able to take a little bit of heat, or else it's just a free for all.
I'm trying to transfer the domains but I'm pretty sure they will just stall until the time limit for them to release the domains is up... but time will tell.
