I think what else you might see if you read between the lines in what the judge is saying is some false advertisement claims by someone like the FTC against porn sites for not providing what they promise.
Not just regarding the non-existent celebrity nudes...but the claims some gallery makers make when building and submitting galleries to tgps for instance "for the entire set of pics and videos for (fill in model's name here) join allpetite.com"
And of course they do to see the rest of the pics and videos only to find out they are not there.
