to address everyone I hope
1- The building is as yet incomplete, hence me taking the stairs
2- I'm shooting with a Canon 1V-HS on Fuji Superia 200 Film
3- The other photos are just in a stormwater drain, as opposed to a sewer
4- As for the exposure time, varied from 5 - 40 seconds
