To the great observer Nardimus

Friend,
Ordinarily I don't post here, mostly because I am busy designing sites...editing video, and managing our team of 8 designers...BUT since i designed the housewife bangers site personally (and it may not be my most flashy design) i feel rather intrigued by your post. I am a graduate of Boston University School for the Arts, and have been designing sites, promotional material, and anything else TB related for umm well over 8 years now. I have been the art director at TB for 5 of those years so have designed alot of sites here (since we were topcash all through your perceived decline in visual quality). Now i am going to offer you some simple advice on doling out critisism. As designers we really like it when someone qualified rips our designs apart...someone who offers examples to credit their observations. you offer nothing but unqualified rather mundane opinion?
Recently we have gone to a very simple look, because we study our stats and we respond to what converts for our webmasters. We have even started updating older sites (so in a few weeks i would suggest checking out some of our older excellent sites), working with in house and outside freelancers to get a good variety of styles, as we recognize designers all have their own induvidual strengths. Anyway I just wanted to respond to your post, and was wondering if you actually had any real dialog in mind or were just looking at some boring way to attack TopBucks. feel free to respond directly or indirectly with positive suggestions to improve our sites, based on coherent research! And seriously you shouldn't be butthurt if we don't immediately act on your advice, we get alot of "advice" and consider that which works for us. Anyway i suggest you try some of our sites and see how they convert...
Time to finish my coffee and get back to work with my 2 week old knowledge of the bevel tool. Thanks to those on this board who support us, and make money with our sites, you continue to make TopBucks the best place i have ever worked.
Buenos Dias,
