gkard has been affiliated with Ibill since Nov. 1st when they started collecting payments for Ibill. Though the email would have u believe this is brand new relationship.

So ibill/media billing/IBD/Penthouse has already written off all of Sept/Oct money from ever being paid off and Jason himself lied to us all in the conference saying that promissory notes would be made by board members to pay off that money.

They did actually pay off all of Nov. monies owed though now want to write off yet another 2 1/2 months (Dec - Feb 15th) for all monies collected under gkard and expect people to believe that going forward gkard will be honest company with no affiliation with ibill/media billing/IBD/Penthouse, oh btw you will still be able to see all gkard payments in ibill cmi just like before.

gkard/ibill/media billing/ibd/penthouse has obligation to pay webmasters for past due money owed and isn't in a position to pick and choose which dates are worthy of paying and which aren't. Bankruptcy won't save gkard for these obligations. The fact that Visa/MasterCard and the attorney generals of these states allow this fraud to continue is beyond my belief.

If First Data pays Ibill now they will be helping Ibill commit fraud since Ibill has stated through the gkard email has stated they have no intention of ever paying webmasters the money owed. First Data would also be in violation of Visa/MasterCard regulations and should also be denied any right to process MasterCard/Visa transaction in the future.
