Creating a thread on gfy is useless and stupid...The best thing to do in a situation where something is wrong you need to pick up the phone...and call...or hell click the live support icon...
I've had to use the live support a couple times today since one of my new boxes came online...Its simple...Try it out...It dont bite!

Yep used it, works well - if issues pile up then anger builds, calling is an option and when Itry from the UK I fail to get an answer, just a message advising me that if conected then I will be charged for the call which is acceptable.
