If you drink coffee, stop.
I've been drinking coffee for the last 15 years. Last year or so I've had problem falling asleep and when I fell asleep I didn't sleep very well. 2 weeks ago I found some good tea so I stopped drinking coffee, a week later I just thought about that I had slept really well. So I tried drinking coffee for a day, slept like crap again. So now I'm only drinking tea and I sleep much better
