I love it.
She's not saying that your "men and women in uniform would deliberately target innocent civilians", she's saying that they were ordered to kill her and that they followed orders. I love how these guys pin everything on the soldiers, so it makes the public feel bad for questioning them. Just like Rummy's rhetorical questions to himself, they make you feel like an ass for having doubted them.
I'd love to have a couple of their guys on my staff, imagine how well they could sell porn.
