80% is bad when you consider how many % you're sending to galleries at the top. You must be at 160% as a minimum so change your thumbnails. Apparently they are too boring. 28 trades are quite a lot when you're site is "only" at 3-4K. Many of them must be almost dead? Anyway WarChild already pointed out many of the things you should/could change to see if it helps so I'm not going to do that again
