Yeah the quality is high enough that I figured you probably made them yourself. Some of them are questionable though. I'd really suggest sticking to the faces, upper body w/face or the action. The third thumb on the top row top table looks kind of boring. Is that table sorted by popularity? If it is I guess your surfers don't agree with me, and in which case I should just shut up.
I'd suggest you put your toplist in a table, with even larger font still. Make it stand out. Surfers love toplists, it's like saying "hey if you liked what you saw here, you'll probably love these sites too". it's the bottom text on my page, and gets more click throughs than all the other text between the tables. Make it easy to find.
Overall I like your site design and colorscheme, you just need to improve some of the thumbs, build some bookmarkers. Less advertising + lower skim = more bookmarkers. You'll lose some trade traffic going that route, because you'll skim less though. If you're 5K a day, with 500 bookmarkers, I'd suggest try skimming less, build up some more bookmarkers.
Above all, experiment. Change one thing, see how that effects your productivity. Then try something else.
