THUMBS! Mostly they're pretty good quality, but a lot of them are terrible visuals. A girls stomach, or just a pair of titties ina thick bra. Use a face, an action (close up of a pussy being spread or whatever), you need to grab attention with these thumbs. Don't use pre generated thumbs everyone has seen, spend the time to make your own and make them spectacular. Most of your out bound to trades will come from gallery skimming, make them WANT to click the thumbs.

Also, I'd do something about your text links, personally. Your toplist, for example, is tiny I had to look for it. I bet it sends less than 1% of your total out to trades. On my site, the toplist sends about 5% of the total outgoing trade clicks, and another 5% comes from the scattered text links in tables. Make 'em want to click your text links as well as your galleries.
