First take a lot of pictures, let the write a lot of info about themself. Place them on a multi-girl site. When you have a lot of content you talk with them and start a personal site. If they don't want it you can just create it with the content you already have. Otherwise you can take more pictures without a problem. I don't really see the problem here.
