Nuclear Half-life Modification Technology which I know NOTHING about, but seems to be a way of nullifying radioactivity in spent fuel. Could this be part of the solution for making nuclear energy safe?
How about hydrogen fuel cells for vehicles? Hydrogen can be safe.
