Teen Kelly did webcam, as do many of the successful single girl site girls - but you're right, it's not essential if you've got a superstar teen model who looks real young, she's going to be a hit whether there's any interaction or not. for everybody else, it's a plus to have a model who does webcam and other interactive stuff like blogging.
