I should state: like everyone else in this thread, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on ttv or the Internet
my assumption is that as long as you aren't trying to pass them off as authentic Rolexes, you're not infringing.
Most of replica sites I've seen make it very clear you are purchasing a replica and not a real Rolex.
I would assume this is similar the perfume knockoffs (I know those are mainly due to the fact you can't patent a fragrance)
