Dear iBill EU Client,
On March 2, 2005 you received an email from Inteca regarding the release of past due EU settlement funds. As previously announced, iBill and Inteca have entered into an agreement in which Inteca will act as an entrusted third party for the release of credit card funds. On a go forward basis, all client credit card funds will be held by the European bank until the actual payout date. Inteca will provide a third party audit function on those funds and will facilitate the release of the payment to you. iBill will continue to be responsible for online check and web 900 payouts.
Shortly, through the Inteca website as well as the iBill Merchant Information Area and CMI you will be able to view and reconcile the funds owed to you by payout date, starting with the 12/19 payout. The email sent to you yesterday was to introduce you to Inteca as well as request that you begin to reconcile the amounts owed to you to help expedite the process. Both Inteca and the iBill Merchant Information area will have reconciliation data as we get closer to launching the program. Today, you should be able to access sales data through the iBill CMI invoice tables.
We understand that this has been a very long process and many of you have not received payments in several months. We are confident that the Inteca program will be up and running shortly and payment flows will resume.
