I always wonder how many people would back down to a phone call.
"hi, we are checking on your chargeback. Did someone steal your card info?" Otherwise how can they say it is not them.
"did they close the card or report it stolen?"
"my kid did it" "Can we have his his/her name for the police report of credit card fraud"
This shit about i never did it. So prive I did with a signature. gets real old and they have to say it over and over for it to stick so you would think as an industry we could have answer for every objection.
