If I am not mistaken...the Supreme Court has previously determed that "Community Standards" be the defining factor to establish what is "obscene"..or not "obscene". Because the United States...is just that...United
States...with State Rights...in addition to individual County and Municipal Rights. I really do not have a problem with "Community Standards" prevailing.
I do have somewhat of a problem with the Federal Government making the determination of what is "obscene" and forcing that determination upon State...County...and Municipal Governments.
