Bodybuilders or people that have knowledge about supplements read.
Ok so I have been workin out for about 2 years. I never took supplements before but recently started taking cell-tech creatine. I have noticed I am not as sore as I would be without it. I was talking to some really built guys at the gym and he said he takes glutamine, creatine and some form of roids. He told me I should take glutamine as well as creatine. I wan't to know what the glutamine will do for me as well as some pro's and con's. Thanks.
