best way:
day1: cardio, biceps, triceps, arms, stomach, stretch
day2: cardio, chest, back, stomach, stretch
day3: cardio, stomach, legs, stretch
day4: rest, stretch
then repeat
do all your workouts pyramid style, let all the muscles burn
pretty basic, you can move different execises to different days if you want, they usually go well like this, try and see how your body reacts to it... if you want a full schedule and list let me know, its been a while, i may have to check my old books and see exact stuff i used to do
