We offer 24 x 7 on site phone support...you have to if you want to offer any kind of real dedicated or colo service. And if you paying so little....your hosts probably has to make a call to the actual datacenter just to have it rebooted anyway. Sad when you get roped in by a nice website and some datacenter pictures.
