hate to say it, but the problem with not being able to add money to my account is still there....4 days now that I canīt add more money...all I get are dumbfounded replies and no answers. It seems that for a īfluke technical errorī, it is certainly taking a long time to fix.
As usual, Rand replies promptly and is great, but the tech department is causing some real problems...I canīt help but wonder that if this problem was blocking them from getting their money, how quickly would it be resolved?
Itīs not like Im a small player, either...I run $12k - $15k or so through my account every month...maybe not the biggest, but certainly not the smallest.
Anyway, just a heads up.
