The employee will be doing tasks that I have been doing for the past few years to build up my income to where its that. They are basic duties (thats why you only have to know HTML and basic webmaster functions) but with the right person it would be like getting a degree in adultwebmastering. They would learn the secrets that no one will tell you on a messageboard
