Where do you get the idea that I'm defending him? Please point out the words that defend Dave. I do believe my second sentence was "He's a known scammer". Maybe I'm blind but I'm pretty sure that's what I said.
I just think you people need to stop bitchin' like little high school girls. Shut the fuck up already. Maybe your "redemption draweth nigh" and you'll soon see Dave in the slammer.
There are only two possible outcomes here:
1. Dave gives all the money to the family
2. Dave tries to take off with some of it and goes to jail
