This guy arrested in the BTK case was as good as guilty before he admitted various charges. Say he was actually innocent?
A guy in the UK called Colin Stagg was falsely imprisoned on charges of murdering Rachel Nichell on Wimbledon common.

He is now a free man and it is pretty obvious a guy called Robert Napier committed the crime.
Even though the law states that you are guilty only untill proven guilty by a jury of your peers it seems as though most people view the first person arrested as guilty and in some types of crime want to lynch mob them before a trial even begins.
To me it appears as though people want retribution quicker than they want a trial.
This was my totally bollocks thought of the day. I will now step away from the keyboard.
