This is a little scary. Tank shells cost $500 to anyone who has the money!! That's why your cousins are here in NY stuffing people in garbage bags daily. Normal laws mean nothing to them here.
In a way it is a little more free over there. But the thin line between lawlessness and freedom has been crossed from what I understand. It's a wonderful place if you have money. If not... it's hell.
