The bay is a great hotel, my boy owns Perangas in the front of it. I used to keep a flat in Sonnekus down the street but sold it in 2001, should of kept it but the exchange rate was starting to dip so I wanted to take my gains out in rands.
Going back in May and also November for business and pleasure, its hard to work on dial up though.
Yeah the danger part is a little over reaction to a few bad stories. Don't get me wrong there are some real bad areas, but there are also plenty of those here too.
