If his server was down for 20 minutes you did do harm. Juicy has probably lost income because of that.
If it wasn't down you impersonated another person to "social engineer" your way into a system you are not allowed access to. Which is a crime where I am at. I don't know the US laws.
Because of you Webair has to spend money on a harsher caller screening process, which will cost all of their clients money in the end.
