No because what would happen then is someone would end up rebilling on the 1st and the 31st of the same month.....they'd have 2 charges on the same statement and flip out and get one (or both) refunded.

So the signup page says you'll be rebilled every 1 month until cancelled.
So everyone who rebilled last month on the 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st should rebill today. (the ones who haven't cancelled at least)
