"Your paperwork."
"Could you be a little more specific?"
"You know, what they gave you."
"They who?"
"You know, them"
"Do you mean my articles of incorporation? My business license? My permits? My ESSO Extra card? What?"
"Yes, that's it!"
"Which is it?"
"Articles of something or other"
"You've been so helpful, so where do I have to go?"
"Our offices"
"That's specific."

I hung up and had my wife call them back.
