I only generally have one large meal a day (in the 500 calorie range), and several smaller meals of 200-300 calories. I'm loathe to call them 'snacks', as that implies junk food. I also drink god knows how much water and typically a pot of Genmai-cha daily (brown rice tea... tastes awesome

)
But once a week, I go all out and eat any damn thing I feel like. On those days, I guess I just eat one very long extended meal.
