We're looking for a new designer to work on our Pimp Dust affiliate program. However, we've been burnt a few times and right now we're extremely gun shy so we're only entertaining a certain core of designers.

First off, you absolutely must have a rep here and have people vouch for you. I absolutely do not want any outsourcing guys and quite frankly, after the two previous snowjobs I've been through, I would feel safer dealing with a firm in the US because if shit goes bad this time I wanna know I can be on a plane and on your doorstep within 4 hours.

Second, I do not want a cookie cutter affiliate design. Sure, I want the standard information to be presented, but it doesn't always have to fit in that pretty little box with cash falling from the sky and fancy cars whipping around the screen. I need a designer with vision, that understands this industry and doesn't have to rely on what the other affiliate programs look like to make progress.

Third, I need this done is a timely matter. I have no problem with giving you time to get your feet under you... but use common sense. Honestly, I'd be thrilled if I can have the design finished within 1 week's time.

So that's about it... if you think you're up for the gig, please post here with links to your work along with you icq info. If I like your work, I'll hit you up so we can discuss the project in more details.

Finally, please don't take this thread as mean spirited... it's just been a very hectic month and honestly, more designers fucked us over than actually came through so we're really at the end of our ropes here. I only want serious and professional webmasters that understand that their reputation is at stake here.
