Another reminder: PROOF beyond a REASONABLE doubt is a very high threshold and is not to be taken lightly. It means stepping outside of one's preconceptions ....

Actually we've only heard of supposed evidence. We've heard accusations that were "leaked" by whomever for whatever reason. Accusations that are going to be very hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
