The investigators and the prosecution totally bungled the OJ case. The Kobe deal was a case of "he said" "she said" that
she screwed up by going and having sex with someone else before going to the hospital to be examined for the supposed rape.
MJ will be found not guilty if the judge allows
all of the mother's attempts to sue various people/businesses (
including for sexual molestation). On the otherhand, Tom Sneddon is going to pull out all punches. He's made no secret over the past decade+ of how desperately he wants to jail MJ.
