Well, I'm trying it now with a few sponsors and I don't see any changed payout names on my accounts yet...
I don't think they are a scam though. A script like that will cost some serious money to make, and there is not much to gain from cheating your users..
I think it can save me A LOT of time if I have all my sponsors in there. I'm still having doubts though.
