I didn't mean to imply that webmasters should have to put up with slow or non existent service.
As a webmaster I expect the service I pay for also.
As a tech for a web hosting company I am only giving my eyes view of what goes on. In hopes that people will see this and use it when deciding on what type of server they want to put thier high end projects on.
I'm also stating there is no company that is infallible computers are stupid and only do what they are commanded to do. If they go down all of a sudden there is a reason and the reason is not always the web hosting companies fault.
Yet thats the first place the finger is pointed.
