Are the web hosting companies not doing thier jobs? No. They are working overtime trying to spot these types of problems and taking care of them as they happen.

okay.... well, I'm not cheating anyone. Yet I am to endure slow loading sites because of this "theory" you have here? WHY? I'm a paying customer. I expect to get the service I am paying for. Slow loading or non-loading sites are not part of the deal. Whatever the problems are that are causing it, really, are not my problem. I have my own problems to deal with. I don't really care if there are cheating webmasters trying to glean a buck off doing something they're not supposed to or not. I expect, still, to get the service I'm paying for. Excuses do not keep my sites online.
I'm not going to delve into talking shit here, because I'm fully aware that we all run into unforeseen problems, and I'm all for giving the benefit of the doubt.
But don't sit and tell me that I just gotta deal with it because "it's the cheating webmasters" fault.... because I don't fucking care. I expect it to function, regardless.
