What's very fustrating is trying to describe the trip to others - both in and out of the biz. I find myself just bubbling over with info and them just giving me a blank stare. How do you accurately describe how great jerk chicken you bought off the side of the road at 1AM that you eat outside in a beautiful courtyard with night jasmine tastes? You just can't do it justice.
