it has been running for quite some time...you should have seen the wired article on it....him and friendster started about the same time and both now have more hit daily to their communities than most major news sites
it ain't no fad, it has been around a long time, and it ain't going no where...it is one of the few community style sites on the web that I actually use frequently...to send out party invites, plan events, gather names of potential clients...etc
