I wanan see if anyone else having this probem....

Email signups roll in no problem till around 11am est time. From 11am est time till 5:30 est time no signups at all. Then a few will trickle in from 6pm till midinight. Soon as midnight hits boom emails start rolling in again till it hits 11am est time.
its been like this for about 4 weeks now

Can anyone name this sponsor?
