No, you didn't.
The Better Business Bureau only facilitates transactions between consumers and businesses. They do not do B2B. If, and I doubt it, they bounced a check, you would have to sue them. Possibly, you might even be able to get your State's Secretary of State, Department of Business involved, but their ability varies wildly between states. Trust me, I've spent some time and money looking into this for iBill's bullshit.
Follow Will, Lars and my advice. Try all the programs. Go with the one that pays you. If you use cc, like I do, don't fuck around. They term you for spam so fast you'll think they're Neo from the matrix.
