First of all, whaaaaa? I hate CNN and other propaganda networks, and I'm the first to tell people to stop watching them. Second of all, I was talking about America as being the nation that has committed by far the most acts of terrorism, so I very much agree with the article you posted. Not just under Bush, but historically.
