LOL, yes good service. I think the reason they did it was because there were several murders of young girls in the area within the past year so they didn't want any of the college students to get murdered as a result of the shitty freshman parking
The movie "Kiss the Girls" was in theaters at the same time and everyone was extremely freaked out (
http://att.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,1853,00.html). During the same semester, there was a peeping tom who they caught jerking off outside the window of a dorm room that was near mine (ground-level room). I transferred out the very next semester. Creepy place.
