the responsible adult webmaster already uses ICRA.
this allows parents who are presumably the ones bringing computers into their homes, to take 30 seconds and set content filtering on their browsers.
now, i would love to see a UTAH court convict a webmaster for willfully providing smut to minors under that scenario.
IMO, it won't happen.
get ICRA on your websites if you don't already have it.
