They don't apply here. Communtiy stabdard wer put in because back in the old days people didn't want perverts coming into thier town to buy smut and whores coming in trying to get johns. How does the internet apply. Websites come into your HOME. So called unwanted perverts are not going to come from out of town to my house to watch porn they will do it from their own home. Communtiy standards apply to businesses. The "community" can not tell me what to allow and not allow in my own house.
