This is my product in question and I am not happy that any retailers are selling my product to minors. However it is impossible to police this kind of activity no matter what measures we take to prevent it.
We have contracts with our distributors and retailers that prohibits the sale of our cards to minors. However we can't be everywhere at once to see what retailers are doing.
Just like cigarettes, porn sometimes falls into the hands of minors. It's not like we market our products to children.
If you post galleries to TGP/MGP sites with hardcore content you are just as guilty of distributing porn to minors as anyone.
